[2005-07-20] FTC Cans X-Rated Spam
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) busted a move on a few porn traders passing unmarked spams. Tag-teaming with Microsoft, the FTC levied fines and civil penalties against seven companies. Four had been settled but three were still pending.
